1. Dedicated to Support the Associates
International Innovative Training Network is a non-profit organization dedicated to support its associates. The network is strictly restricted to 100 associates. This ensures a close relationship, an excellent communication and builds up trust and systems of sustainability between the associates. Associates have access to all benefits the network provides.
2. Sharing Knowledge
Strategic development and performance improvement of HRD and training quality as an advantage for a company and its employees is only possible through an active exchange of experiences and through keeping up with world market standards. The principle of knowledge sharing provides a benchmark for potential performance for the associated companies and initiates a continuous improvement process.
3. Developing Systems of Sustainability
International Innovative Training Network associates know that they represent a worldwide elite. They consider this as a duty for the future and a commitment to outstanding performance. This requires to collaborate and to renew HRD and training systems and methods continuously and cooperatively. Simultaneously this will secure leadership and set new standards.

With the existence of International Innovative Training Network, a platform of excellent companies and strategic thinkers has been created. The exchange of innovative ideas and experiences leads to new future standards in HRD and training. Associated scientists and the utilization of the IITN ShareNet Platform provide an additional forum and wider input to associates.

Intellectual property is subject to copyright, also at International Innovative Training Network. Each associate, who participates in knowledge sharing, can be certain that information remains confidential, agreements are kept and innovations can only be implemented with authorization of the copyright-owner. Agreement to this is compulsory with membership.
7. Gaining Benchmark
International Innovative Training Network associates acknowledge fair competition and face the challenge. Benchmarking is a useful method of assessing performance and leads to continuous improvement. Benchmarking gives firms a "unique competitive advantage". International Innovative Training associates can participate in the IITN competition "World Award of Excellence in Education" free of charge. They can use this as a public platform and as a challenge to present their ideas to an independent global jury beyond the network.

International Innovative Training Network associates are focussed not only on todays
problems and solutions but also on tommorrows challenges. They play a major role in R&D and always take care of future problems. IITN associates have a deep respect for the value of training and development and a sense of responsibility about helping employees reach their full potential.

IITN monitors the field of HRD and training and assesses research results from institutions and scientists. The results are available for associates. This leads to certain advantages
and to the possibility to build up pole positions for associates in their specific markets.
