• ContentWorld is IITN's resource platform. It encludes papers, videos, podcasts, graphics, photos, PowerPoint files, training manuals, action guides, tools & software, multimedia training modules and much more.
• Associates can read, print or download materials. Associates also can upload content. Content will be registered, prepared with keywords and supervised by IITN administrators.
• An innovative search engine shows connections between content and / or people. The search engine also matches the keywords with the special interests and expertise of the associates. Associates will be informed via automated e-mail response about new content of their interest.

Access to "ShareNet"

• ShareNet is IITN's Interactive Conference & Workspace Center.
• Associates can open up a "Forum" to discuss questions and to find answers in co-operation with other members.
• Associates can use IITN "Wiki" technology to work co-operatively and creatively on innovative tasks together with others to implement new methods and ideas into practice.
• Associates can use "Pcvisit", an international award winning new interactive technology, to share their desktops during co-operative work-sessions. This technology - worth US $ 1,000.oo - is free for IITN associates.

• GetExpert is IITN's interactive pinboard, where associates can post inquiries and requests and where they can find partners to solve special problems.
• A "matching tool" tracks the requests and inquiries and connects people.
• The "calendar of events" is a list of interesting conferences and seminars and an additional possibility to post a message such as: I will participate in this event, it would be nice to meet you there.

• InnovationS is IITN's online magazin, updated every day.

World Award of Excellence in Education

• The World Award of Excellence in Education will be awarded to one single company or institution each year.
• The participation in the competition is free of charge for International Innovative Training Network associates. For non-associates, the participation charge is € 2,000.oo The Award will be given at an exclusive location in context of an international event of IITN.
• The Award and the winner are communicated as part of PR and at a dedicated press conference.
• The World Award of Excellence in Education consists of an artwork with integrated engraving of the winner along with a special award certificate.

IITN World Conference

Associates participate in the IITN World Conference for 50% off.

The IITN World Conference is a two-day event. The first day brings up input from keynote speakers, scientists and academics. The second day is a workshop to improve HRD and training and to work on new and higher standards in HRD and training. The results are edited by the Executive Committee and published at "ContentWorld" within the IITN website.

IITN Area Conferences, Workshops & Events

Area Seceretaries iniciate regional conferences, workshops or events in coordination with the associates of their area. Associates automatically get invitations to those meetings. Associates participate for 30% off in all regional acivities.

Access to "IITN Address Book"

IITN's Address Book contains all associates including advisory board, executive committee, area secretaries, enrollment commission, president and handpicked experts and academics.

Access to "IITN Link Library"

The Link Library connects associates with high ranked institutions, affiliates or think tanks. The links lead to their archives or to additional papers, synopsis, dissertations or useful material.

Associates who want to offer special services, products or their individual expertise for money, can place their offers here. If an offer gains requests, the system interconnects seller and buyer automatically.
