German manager elected president of IITN.

With Reinhard Semkowsky (MFM Marketing GmbH, Pinneberg, Germany) the members of International Innovative Training Network (IITN) elected for the first time a German manager as president of IITN.

It was an unanimous vote. IITN is a nonprofit organization and a globally acting elite network for business training, its headquarters seated in Muttenz / Basle, Switzerland. IITN brings together 100 companies and institutions worldwide with outstanding expertise in the field of human resources development and training.

The new president regards as one of his principal tasks to shift more importance to German companies and institutions within the context of the network and to engage himself that German companies will recognize to an increased extent the advantages of international collaboration and benchmarking also in the field of human resources development and training and education.

"We have to orientate our standards in the field of internal education an training towards international standards and we have to work on increasing the international competitiveness through the qualification of employees and managers" Semkowsky says as a first statement.
