"Employees and managers of a company are the key factor for surviving in the global competition. Only by aligning internal training and HRD activities to international standards it will be possible to create new jobs and to preserve existing jobs in the long run. Therefore developing standards, sharing knowledge and collaborating in innovative projects will be the key objectives for the associates of IITN" says Reinhard Semkowsky, present President of IITN.
The experiences and results of the network's work will be made available to the wider public by means of an international conference and IITN's online platform. Participating in an international competition, any company can check if it will be able to cope with international circles.
In principle, any company may apply for membership as an associate of IITN. The only criteria will be the quality of its HRD and training.
