For receiving the status "Certified Superior Learning Process" the respective learning concept as well as its implementation and analysis will be reviewed by means of a certifying audit with a special focus on interlinking the learning process on all levels of the chain of value adding.
The audits will be carried out by registered auditors according to the elite level standards of IITN. The auditors have to be directly accredited to the "Central Consultancy Register of DG1A" of the EU commission in Brussels, or as minimum listed with one of the following organisations:
ISO: International Organization for Standardization (International)
DAR: Deutscher Akkreditierungsrat (only for Germany)
TGA: Trägergemeinschaft für Akkreditierung GmbH (only for Germany)
ZDW: Zertifizierungsvereinigung in der Deutschen Wirtschaft (only for Germany)
Different from traditional certifications in the field of DIN EN ISO, the audits for gaining the status "Certified Superior Learning Process" don't focus on many and diverse formalities of the ISO standard but give priority to the practical benefits and performance and success related quality factors. By this orientation ISO standards will be improved qualitywise and tailor-made for HRD and training and at the same time facilitate crucial increases in quality.
